3. How the Property Tool Handles Your Information

The property content generator and flyer designer process the information you enter and the photographs you select within your browser. The text content, flyers and downloads are generated by code running on your device. The tools do not send your property details or photographs to Kerete's servers or to any third-party service, and Kerete does not receive or store them.

Files you download (such as PNG flyers, PDF flyers and text exports) are saved to your own device.

6. Website Hosting and Third-Party Services

Kerete uses Netlify for website hosting. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as connection information or server logs, as part of providing and securing the website. See Netlify's privacy policy.

This page loads fonts (Playfair Display and Inter) from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.

This page uses a small first-party analytics system to count visits and how often the tools are used (see section 7). It does not use advertising or payment tools. If you contact Kerete through WhatsApp, phone, or email, those services handle your message under their own policies.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Kerete's own code on this page does not set cookies. It uses your browser's local storage to keep two random identifiers: an anonymous visitor ID (replaced after about 13 months) and a session ID (renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity). They are used only to count visits, returning visitors, and successful uses of the tools (generating content, exporting a flyer). The analytics records contain the event type, the page, the identifiers, and a server timestamp. They never contain your name, phone number, email, property details, photos, or generated text, and are deleted after about 13 months. Your IP address is not stored in the analytics records. You can opt out by enabling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser, or by clearing this site's local storage; to contact us about analytics, use the contact information below. Photos and details you enter are held in your browser's memory only while the page is open. Hosting and font services (see section 6) may perform technical processing of their own.

Kerete takes reasonable steps appropriate to its operations to protect information it handles. However, no website or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Because the property tools work within your browser, the information you enter is cleared when you close or reload the page. Files you download remain wherever you save them, and may remain in your downloads folder, device, or other locations controlled by you.
