A source is only marked “connected” when it really works. Everything else is planned and is not being searched.
How results are classified and scored
Intent is decided by plain, readable rules with no AI: High intent means the author says they are looking for, need or want to buy/rent/invest; Possible intent means a need is expressed but the wording is tentative, second-hand or mixed with advert wording; Not a lead means an advert, listing, agent promotion, advice, spam or unrelated discussion. Each result shows the reason. Rules can be wrong, so always check the source.
The relevance score separately estimates how well a page matches your search (intent, location, type, budget, freshness). It is not a chance that someone will buy or rent.
Indexed web search cannot find every public post online. Private groups, most social posts and unindexed pages are invisible to it.
Your data
Saved leads, notes and search history are visible only to your account. Search history older than the retention period is deleted automatically. You can delete everything below at any time. Only contact people through the channel on the original post, and follow Nigerian data-protection rules (NDPA 2023) and each platform’s terms.
Web results are provided by the Brave Search API. Kerete does not guarantee that any lead is genuine, current or willing to be contacted.
